Romco walks the building, writes the scope down and quotes that scope. No figures appear on this site because a number given before the walk would not hold.

Any size. A single storefront bay, a full office floor, a Doral distribution warehouse or a coastal condo tower all get the same process: a site walk, a jurisdiction check and a written scope.

No date is promised up front. The schedule hangs on approvals such as a Coral Gables Board of Architects review, on how much of the building can be closed off at once, and on rain between May 15 and October 15. Romco gives a sequence with its dependencies once those are known.
